Guest guest
Sat Nam. Thanks for the advice on quitting smoking. I am going to use the advice as best as I can. Set the alarm 30mins earlier tomorrow, do the exercises and nose wash (even if it makes me squirm a bit ) ) Sat Kriya through the the day. I'll let everyone know in a week, and is there a meditation I can do?? Hugs Nick
Guest guest
I repeat, for many complex problems out there, there are simple solutions. Once you see the sense and the purpose behind these simple steps, go for it. I am indeed curious to see the impact a simple exercise like Jal-neti can bring about to a smoker. After all, I am not a smoker, and despite being a deep breather for long, still felt a huge difference the very first time I tried it. Nick and other smokers, Good luck! You guys will be fine with Jal-neti, as long as you sensibly handle it ( the instructions should help ). Trust me. gayathri Faith Hill - Exclusive Performances, Videos & More http://faith.
