I have no choice since there is so much talk about it and because everyone is being so brave One question : what does this statement mean "Clean the nostrils 40 to 50 times so that no water should remain in the nostrils." These are the quick forceful exhalations to blow out the nose by forcefully pulling in the navel. You may need quite a few of these in the initial stages, but probably not 40/50.
