Guest guest Posted October 7, 2002 Report Share Posted October 7, 2002 Sat Nam, help is needed. In Shakta Kaur Khalsa's book "Kundalini Yoga", pg 138 has a kriya to be rid of internal anger. I'm having trouble with understanding the "fighting pose". My friend, husband and I interperted the movement three different ways. Do the fists go up & down, or side to side like a boxer or up and down? Clarity would be much appreciated. Also what is the difference between Gurmukhi and Sanskrit?
