Here is a question very often made by students... how to

overcome (sorry for my English, I am Spanish) the lazy

thing...

For myself every time I try to do something new that I

believe it is good for me, I self motivate first, I try to

see all the benefits of it and then I go for it... on a

daily basis (this is very important). If you only do it

twice per week, you do not improve and at the end you

quit. Also you have to get the habit...I can see you have

already seen the benefits of KY... just try to remember

how nice, (healthy emoncionaly and phisicaly)yopu feel at

the end... and after all you are talking about

happiness... do not say that you cannot spend 30 minutes

per day on you own happiness...

 

If are happy with yourself you can love yourself and also

to everybody...otherwise.. no way
