I love teaching this because is not a difficult mudra for beginners and really gets you in the heart in 11 mins. Think about 31mins how elevated you would be.I usually get the most beautiful feeling of energy around my heart and connections to my fingers. It is so mystical these fingers of ours and the relationship to the psychic and ethereal world...I am going to teach it tonight in my class and will tell them about you all. Hari Sant, how is the weather in your part of the world?What is the yoga scene like there also.Keep me posted if you feel like it.
