Guest guest
My two cents worth: My strategy for establishing a practice is to set a *very* modest minimum target to accomplish each day. Usually, my target practice would take no more than 5 minutes to complete. I can do that much, no matter how tired or indisposed I am. Beyond that 5 minutes, everything else is done purely for the joy of it. This has gotten me through 29 years of daily hatha practice. Yes, I do, but it is more of a gentle throbbing and not stinging needles. You can drive mentally the tingling sensations all around your body, so that the energy or prana is evenly distributed all over the body.
