No, the problem with my first chakra id that I had a HUGE bead sore on my sacrum at the beginning of the year. We're talking the size of my fist and all the way to the bone. After healing with what my Dr. called "miraculous speed" the new tissue there is still tender, and sometime drawing all that energy through it makes it ache like a bad tooth. The reason I was asking about First Chakra healing was that I figured there was big ol spiritual component to an injury like this. Meanwhile, anyone have a good basic recipe for Kicheri? I ccok well and keep a walloping supply of fresh herbs on hand. I'm a real "season to taste" kinda guy. Wishing you alll Peace, Prosperity, and Something that makes you chuckle all day!
