healing crisis?

Sat nam everyone,

Has anyone out there experienced the "Healing Crisis"? I have read

that when a person starts eliminating toxins they can actually feel

worse before they feel better. About 2 weeks ago I had a severe

migraine, nauseau. (confined to bed and didn't eat for 1 week). When

I was able to shop, I went all organic, which I hadn't been, and for

the last week I have been almost 100% organic. Eating beans, whole

grains, greens, etc. Yesterday I found myself with a 102 fever, cold

chills, can't sleep, extremely tired! Ha! not what I expected. Of

course nobody out there can diagnose me, but my inclination (today my

fever is less) is to let it run its course.

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced a

similar 'healing crisis' when they cleaned up their act.

Thanks,

Kartar Kaur

Sat Nam Karter Kaur,

Funny that you should bring this up today. I was going to post about this

same thing myself. Although I have been doing KY on a weekly basis for a

couple of months now, it's just the last couple weeks that I have been

practicing daily. I have been experiencing fatigue , and moodiness. I too am

wondering if this is related to detoxifying, as I remember experiencing

these same symptoms when I was on the "Fit for Life" diet, which promotes

detoxifying. Although I don't follow the diet completely anymore, I have

been vegetarian for about 15 years now, and I try to each organic, etc., so

maybe my symptoms aren't as extreme as yours.

Anyway, I guess I'm wondering if KY will detoxfy the body like diet can.
