Guest guest
Yes, I have experienced the side effects of healing. You did not mention what you thought brought on your "crisis." When I first started Kundalini yoga. I jumped in feet first and probably a bit fast. I got a tremendous headache as well as body pains. Very flu like. It knocked me off my feet for about 2-3 days. My body was not ready for the energy I was pumping through it. When I first started eating vegetarian, I was hungry and had a headache for the first week or so. After that, I felt much better. Now I am eating only fruits and vegetables and I feel even better still. I do experience changes as I am pursuing the fresh food only path. However, it is obvious to me that each change is a symptom of something working its way out of my body. It makes me happy to see these changes even though they are a bit of a pain. The positive is far outweighing the negative and I expect this imbalance to continue in my favor. Hang in there and be strong. I reach for my herbal cure book when things get really hard and put some recommended fresh herbs for what ails me into my diet.
