I just wanted to say thanks to all who replied already. I knew the group

would come through for me and help me (as always). Everyone replied so

quickly in my time of need and i really appreciate it and will try everyones

advice. But I think the main thing is that I have to use my own will and

power to quit myself, with the assistance of KY and you all. Im going to

step down gradually until my mind is ready to completely stop the addiction

(soon). Once again, thank you all.
