Guest guest
Aathma and lung can be cure by consistance breath exercise If a person does his breath med.properly it will eventually "heat up the lung" and avoid all "cold drinks & chill bath "because the coool water air will seep into the pores during bath.the main idea is to "heat up the lung"therefor you will gain 2 things if you do it sincerely and properly - 1 is you cure Asthma the other you gain also spiritually by doing mediatations. However if you are a constant "long sufferer " only deer meat grill with black pepper like and biscuit and preserve with constant eating will help. thanks is my suggestion totried. So far it has worked both ways accept if you are old if with blood pressure do not tried the "Pepper Deer" tried the breath excersie!!!Thank you. I've been using one for lungs and the results are amazing, my lungs feel more powerful than ever. It's helped my mom emmensely with menopause. I could go on and on with testimonials. My mom and I have also been doing yoga sinces we started taking the herbs, so I'm sure the results were amplified. Guest guest
Dear Rachel. In fact I am up writing at 4 AM because the pain in my > heart chakra/upper back is so intense that I cannot sleep tonight. THis is partly a signal to get up at 4 and do sadhana. Someone else wrote the same a while back. When they got up at 4 or whenever they were awakened and did KY and meditation the pain went away. Very interesting. So many people tell me the wake up from 3-4 am. This is a message. Please share your herbal remedies too. THere is so much to learn on the topic. cardamom (which I have been craving for a year) is good > for the heart chakra. VEry interesting. I eat cardamon everyday. I mash a banana with tahini and cardomon powerer and eat with goats milk yogart. This is my butterscotch sunday substitute. I have eaten this for years first thing in the am. Has no one tried > Ayurveda? if someone has and has info we can put it up on our site. Sat nam, Gururattan Kaur

They have two Rasayana's for lungs, I've tried them both. Asthma Ease is more for active asthma and fluid drainage. The other is Bronchi-Ease, this one is the strengthener, although I know technically you can't strengthen your lungs, I feel like I have. Blowing up balloons and hiking up hills used to kill me because my lungs couldn't keep up. Now, I feel like I could do anything. Also makes breathing exercises more fun. _______________ Broadband?
