Guest guest
Leo, a rambler, Tantric is indulgence with awareness. That seems apply with regards to "good times". I'm a people person, so long as the people are fun, and enjoy simply good company. If I overeat, then I feel I have hurt my awareness. Now that is something I need to come back from....but I may come back even stronger. I remember Gurucharan speaking of a article in some major paper that was pointing out that those who drank coffee but were able to truly, deeply relax later on were somehow made stronger. The substance puts an unusual pressure on the system and if you can, despite it, process to the point where it is neutral then your system overcame something and you were stronger for it. Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger? Some of our Yoga postures put an unusual pressure on us and are sometimes openly described as creating a temporary imbalance until a later posture in the set can complete it. One thing for sure is that my Mung Bean diet is giving me a lot more leeway in what I can "do to myself". This stuff is building my strength and my alkaline reserves. It now takes a week of "Prajnaparadha" to blow me out. It all makes me wonder sometime, Dharam Buddy Leo Miller wrote: > > Sat Nam ya'll, > So I went to this dinner party tonight.
