Guest guest
I know exactly what your talking about. I've just had it spontaneously a few times. I just try to be with it whenever I feel it. I'm pretty sure its a chakra, see this link http://www.kheper.net/topics/chakras/tertiary.html On a happier note for the day, today is the last day of my first 40-day med. YEAH! I can't wait to start my next! Amanda _______________ Broadband? Dial-up? Guest guest
The heart meridian runs down into the little finger. Try sitting in easy pose, arms at 60 degrees, hands pulled back stiffly with palms facing ceiling, do breath of fire, 3 - 5 minutes, once or twice a day. Guest guest
Sorry Seva, I'm being a dunce. I'm not real clear on the arm position. Are they in front of or beside the body? I'm guessing they are beside the body (almost in the shape of a 'V') with palms facing up and fingers pointing straight out to the sides. Or do I have this wrong? Also, if this is the heart meridian, then I guess I'm stimulating that? And that's a good thing, right? I was a bit worried I had somehow pinched a nerve there and was aggrevating it when doing mudras. (Boy is that a relief) I was actually contemplating stopping the mudras for awhile to 'rest' the nerve area being pinched. Thanks for the help! Guest guest
Yes, beside the body, fingers pointing out. The hands should begin to tingle after a while. If it was a pinched nerve it would, in all liklihood, hurt at other other times. spatialagent1 <spatialagent1 Kundaliniyoga <Kundaliniyoga> October 18, 2002 5:43 PM Re: mudras and nerves >Sorry Seva, I'm being a dunce.
