Guest guest Posted October 18, 2002 Report Share Posted October 18, 2002 Sat Nam ya'll, Has anyone else experienced sleep changes in the early days of their KY practice? I've vascillated back and forth between needing 4 hours sleep and needing 36 hours. Is this a matter of the Kundalini finding a balance? This doesn't feel "bad" or "negative" at this time, just different. Also, how does that effect my current Sadhana if I sleep through it? Start over? Wait'll things calm down first? Keep doing my sets and pretend nothing else is happening, just tack the days on the end? Oh I'll keep doing the exercises because I feel better wether they "count" or not.
