No side effects.

Yogiji says that basically you'll go back to the way you were before. However,

if you became aware of something really beautiful, you'll have a hard time going

back....and that also applies to having become aware of a deep need for

healing....you'll have a very hard time ignoring it. It's your own consciousness

that is speaking to you.

Hi,

i am wondering if i start doing yoga now. What will happen if

for example i suddenly give up or stop doing yoga. Will there be any

side effects?

No side effects...only side benefits.

Yogiji says that basically you'll go back to the way you were before. However,

if you became aware of something really beautiful, you'll have a hard time going

back....and that also applies to having become aware of a deep need for

healing....you'll have a very hard time ignoring it. It's your own consciousness

that is speaking to you. It's a beautiful journey. People are often able to drop

bad habits after practicing Kundalini Yoga because it feeds them so deeply that

they can finally move without that old crutch.
