Guest guest
No side effects. Yogiji says that basically you'll go back to the way you were before. However, if you became aware of something really beautiful, you'll have a hard time going back....and that also applies to having become aware of a deep need for healing....you'll have a very hard time ignoring it. It's your own consciousness that is speaking to you. Guest guest
Hi Yikai, No side effects...only side benefits. Yogiji says that basically you'll go back to the way you were before. However, if you became aware of something really beautiful, you'll have a hard time going back....and that also applies to having become aware of a deep need for healing....you'll have a very hard time ignoring it. It's your own consciousness that is speaking to you. It's a beautiful journey. People are often able to drop bad habits after practicing Kundalini Yoga because it feeds them so deeply that they can finally move without that old crutch.
