leg shaking~

hi,

My legs started shaking mildly (i think my body also shake too...)

while i was laying on my bed and was about to fall asleep. This

happen after the first time i tried the kriya for disease resistance

(from this book kundalini yoga by shakta kaur khalsa). What is

happening?

Yakai,

The shaking indicates your nervous system is trying to strengthen itself. Don't

be alarmed by it unless the shaking is excessive. Always give yourself proper

rest time after your yoga exercise. This will give your body time to heal. The

shaking will stop as you do the kriya set more in time.

Thanks you for your time. i was alarmed by the shaking. It is

something which i had never experience in my 23 years.
