Guest guest
Satnam, What an incredible dream! I am most interested in dreams about snakes especially those of people who do kundalini yoga I started having dreams about snakes when I was a teenager and in modern psychology they relate to so much things. However the last year and a half I have had so much dreams about them helping me, hurting me, awakening me.. all different kinds of snakes! The Cobra comes in only when I am processing major issues and has done two things.. punished me by attacking me or alerting me to problems. The first time it bit me I felt the venom all over me..I honestly thought I was going to die..I started praying and felt milk being poured all over me...cleansing the poison..I was told it could also be the nadis opening when you see a lot of snakes in your dreams. The Cobra however is a whole different vibration. It puts me in a peaceful space and I usually feel elevated unless I get to rap into being scared for I am not to close to the creatures in real life. My theory on my run in with the all knowing ones is that it is the kundalini and it is aligned to my consciousness. When I am in my purity it appears.. when I am not it almost gets angry and reminds me who I am. It seems to keep me in line. It's like a temple of energy is being disturbed and I have to stay within the rules of the energy?? I am getting accostomed to this it was very scary in the beginning. It just seem so mystical and weird in this modern world. Why can't a rabbit show up ? Snakes just bring up such mystery.... I spoke to YB about it because I started seeing them in the real world all the time especially when I was near Yb. He told me to just see it and move on. It's pretty hard to do that when you absolutely are petrified of them in real life. I can barely see them without feeling like I am going to faint and freak out! Well thanks for sharing I really feel kind of normal now that someone else has had the biting experience! I hope my theory is right .. Guest guest
Hello all! I had an interesting dream the other night, or I should say morning, I thougth I'd share it. It was Sunday morning and I decided I was going to skip yoga because I just finished my first 40 day med and I thought I'd just sleep as long as I could. I had a dream that these two relatively small cobra snakes entered a dark room I was in as I was sitting at a desk. I saw them start looking around for me. I was scared and I hoped if I just didn't move they would leave, they didn't. As one drew close to me I tried to cover any exposed skin I had because I knew it was going to bite me. I had a thick sweater on. When it struck it hit about a third of the way up my spine on the right side. I thought it hadn't penetrated at first but then I felt the vemon inside my skin. I carefully pulled my sweater away from my skin a the cobra's fang pulled out. I woke up right after that. It was 6:00AM. I probably should have got up and done yoga right then, but I didn't. I got up and went to the bathroom and crawled back into bed. I couldn't go back to sleep and I had a cramp in my back from the bite. I didn't immediatly think of the ida/pingali reference in the dream until much later as I was laying in bed. I got up as soon as I relized it to do yoga, but by then it was after 7:00 and I wasn't really that into it. I did some spinal flexes and meditated anyway. Any thoughts on what the reference was or if it was anything at kundalini related at all? Sat nam! I had drank Friday night for the first time in an long time. It turned out to be a little more than I could handle, only because my husband and I were just hanging out and talking and I kept drinking his drink, I didn't have one. So I couldn't have had the dream that night because I was too drunk that night and too sick that morning. Anyway, I'm back on the path. I started my new 40 day med (Grace of God) yesterday. I've also been needing lots of spinal flexes so far this week. Amanda _______________ Get a speedy connection with MSN Broadband. Guest guest
Satnam ji, This is so incredible that you understand what I am talking about! I connect with a lot of people in many realms but very few on this "kundalini snake" thing.LOL. I am tickled ! I do have them when I misbehave.. consciously or unconciously.I should know better is what I keep getting in my intuition.. that I don't know my potential and who I am and what my destiny is.. so they have to tell me.Big brother is watching me!! There is so much to this in my life. The yoga we practice is so purifying that we become so much more than we were trained to believe and then one day we realize... Write me at my address if you have more insights Thank you s.i.r khalsa
Guest guest
Satnam Amanda, I to thought that the experience would be one that more people would have. They probably have them but are to shy to talk about them??I am just really happy that you opened up about it. In relation to your 40 days meditation,I was just about to do the Grace of God meditation with my two neices, so that was nice to hear also. It's always frustrating to not get your 40 days sadhana done when you want them to. I always try to start on my birthday and usually don't get to it until a few days later. You might need to meditate the day after Thankgiving however!! All that food ect.Might be a blessing in disguise. It is a good thing that you had the experience.Doing the yoga is the primary thing but the experiences and the knowledge of the universe comes to you in different ways through the connection that you have made with the yoga. The consciousness you have developed aligns you to that on a daily basis. Talk to you soon s.i.r. khalsa

I'm kinda glad I slept in just to have this dream, though I wish I would have got up and done my yoga right away especially after looking at the Calender. I would have finished my current 40 day med on my mom's birthday, the day after Thanksgiving this year, the day that my family and I will be celebrating Thanksgiving. Now I won't be done till the next day. SatNam Amanda _______________ Surf the Web without missing calls!
