Sat Nam

You can recieve ALL that and more in the book intitled "the mind

,projection and the 81 one facets" (or something like that) it's a VERY

ambitious read but well worth it!

Kriya for Aerobic Capacity sometimes called Kriya for Lungs and Bloodstream.

It balances the 3 minds in one fell swoop and gives you the pranic body as a

result, and that can't be bad. It's in "Transitions......"

Can you (or anyone) clarify what is meant by the 3 minds?

With gratitude,

Shiv Antar

Does anyone know of a kriya for balancing the 3 minds, and/or developing the

neutral mind?

The 3 minds are the positive mind, the negative mind and the neutral mind.

Positive doesn't necessarily mean good and negative doesn't mean bad, there

is no judgement, these are just facets or mental bodies. Each one is

necessary to your spiritual growth as a human, they should just be as

balanced as possible for full potential.

I wish I could elaborate more but I am just beginning to get it myself ;) I

have had the fortune of teachers pointing out to me which mind I am

operating in to help me. SAT NAM! Ranjit

Sat Nam,

The 3 minds are explained in the THE MIND book. This is a fabulous book.

The profundity of understanding is awesome. THere are lots of meditations

in this book too.

Sat Nam!

I remember doing a workshop with numerology expert Guruchander S. Khalsa, he

told us "when you master the breath, you master the mind". So anything for

the aura should balance the 3 minds. Faster than working on them one by one

:)

BTW, "The Mind" by YB and Gurucharan is really really good. The vedic model

of the mind has always fascinated me and there´s hardly any decent material

on it (advaita vedanta). The only one that comes to mind is "Yoga and

psychotherapy" by Swami Rama, but "The Mind" goes way way beyond that.

Awesome!

Blessings,

Gurushabd

Sat Nam Ranjit Kaur,

After doing the Kriya for Lungs and Bloodstream it is recommended to do the Guru

Ram Das meditation. This meditation works also on the neutral mind.
