Mistake - Kundalini Awakened.

Dear Gururattan (& list),

 

I put a post on the list about my kundalini going up the right side of my body

and not up the middle. I titled it "Kundalini goes off to right" but I should

have titled it "Kundalini Awakened". Sorry about that.

 

Can you offer any advice, such as exercises to do to centre the flow. I ready am

in a very bad way with the energy flow, very bad indead.

 

Please help.

Gregor,

It is so important to be fearless. Singing, chanting for as long as it

takes for this space to move. Do you have any mantras tapes or CDs?? If not,

do Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Sa So Hung on one breath. Do it for 11, 22 or 31 minutes.

By mastering the breath, you will be able to master your mind, fears and

your prana. Keep your eyes focussed toward the tip of your nose as this will

focus and quiet the mind. Making sounds, your own sound is the finest

adjustment you can give to yourself. No massage person, no chiropractor or

acupuncturist can give you the adjustment you can give yourself.....and make

sure you tune in with the Adi Mantra

When done come into Gurpranam and rest for up to 31 minutes. Gurpranam

is start by sitting on your heels. Then bend torso forward and bring your

forehead to the floor with the arms extended forward and the palms together.

Be with your breath. Feel it in your navel. Throughout the day use your

body. Work in a garden. Do things with your hands. Drawing can be real good

at this time. Be in your body! Dig holes, chop wood. And lastly, you need

Tactile Kinesthetic Stimulation (aka lotsa hugs). This issue often atributed

to Kundalini is a Vatta issue. Vatta imbalances manifest as fear and

coresponds to the nervous system. If you have a Gong Cd, this can be real

settling and lastly, Vatta folks need touching, ice cream and warm baths

with oil.

Gregor, you gonna be alright but you will have to come up with the required

attention span. Don't waver or wobble.
