Guest guest
Sat NAm ya'll, I was doing the Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung meditation and mantra tonight before bed and burst into tears about half way through. What's the proper procedure for this kind of thing? I just kept going - Ra*sob* Ma*sob*... you get the picture. I'm taking it as a sign of the healing power of this Mantra. Any input folks? Guest guest
Leo, You have just described every single one of my meditation experiences since undergoing spiritual heart surgery at Master's Touch! HA HA! I just studied with Bhagavan Das over the weekend. He is such the supreme bhakti yogi. He said that when the tears come, that's when you really start to MEAN IT. He said, you should ALWAYS chant or pray until you mean it, so don't stop until the tears start! And then really DON'T STOP! DO IT BECAUSE YOU MEAN IT!!! This all got me very excited and I cried ALOT while I was chanting with him. Enjoy!
