Tune In Do the first 5 exercises in the spinal enery set -- see kytraining lesson Do Nabiya Kryia -- see kytraining lesson on navel center. Do less times than specified. Relax between all exerices and at the end. and let the energy circulate. Surrender to the energy. Stop doing the TM mantra. Meditate on your navel center and heart center with the mantra Sat Nam. You are neglecting the left feminine side which is letting go, surrender and relaxation. AFter you have done this for several days let us know exactly what you are doing and the effects.
