Weird Weekend and your numbers

Sat Nam Leo,

Your's is life where people feel you as someone they can talk to. You

have "Fours" in three major places in your chart. "Four" represents neutral

or Yogic mind and corresponds to the heart. People feel you will listen. Of

course, people have "issues" onboard, and so for this to work out for all

concerned parties you'll have to get them to focus. Rejection can never

work.

I am reminded of a story Agia Akal told years ago of how this looks. He

said, and I am crudely paraphrasing, "Imagine you are the manager of a small

factory where they make widgets. All the employess except one are producing

an acceptable number of widgets everyday.

As a "Four", it would be inapropriate to either ignore this person or fire

this person. What the situation calls on you to do is to pull this person

aside and tactfully, and from a place of service, humility and sensitivity

get this person to say what THEY think is acceptable rate of production. Now

having focussed and committed, if after week or so they are not producing at

a rate that they themselves have proposed then they are saying they don't

want the job"

 

So many people are not focused in what they want and so they are just

grabbing whatever they can out of fear and confusion. Once a person is

focused, they can make a decision. Making a decision, with heart, transmutes

the fear. Now maybe they go onto bigger and better things and maybe they

don't. The point is, this is a Win-Win situation. You win because you

provided the opportunity or space for that person to focus and this is a

beautiful Seva. This is what keeps YOU flowing. They win because they took

responsibility for themself. Win-Win is what "Four" is all about.

 

Imagine what a world we'd all be living in if this was the accepted norm

for conflict resolution on an international front.
