Guest guest
Sat Nam, My name is Charlotte and I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga in the early 1970's at the Tucson AZ Ashram. I have been a strong believer of it ever since, even if I was not all that disciplined. I attended meditations and classes in Boulder CO's ashrams as well during the 70's and 80's. I am still residing in the Boulder area. I recognize how KY has benefitted me and would like to become more disciplined with it. I look forward to my interactions with this group and KY. Charlotte Y! Guest guest
Hi, Charlotte, >I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga in the early 1970's at the Tucson AZ Ashram. > Welcome! I, too, was introduced to KY with 3HO in the early 70's. I spent 6 mos. at the Phoenix ashram in 1972 (do you remember Baba Don?). After a long hiatus, I started my sadhanna again about 7 years ago. The benefits for me have been phenomenal! And, Yogiji's teachings still provide guidance and spiritual direction for my life. This list serve has been a great resource and is a wonderful spiritual community. Steve Porter > >
Guest guest
I attended meditations and classes in Boulder CO's ashrams as well during the 70's and 80's. Hi Charlotte, Welcome to our group! I was in Boulder in 1980-81 also and went to many classes, White Tantric Yoga(at the university chapel??),and weekend retreat at the Ashram on Berkley Street(Siri Jodha Singh Khalsa- Siri Kirpal Singh). I was very active for about a year and it gave a direction and my sense of spirituality after I resolved some personal issues with alcohol and drugs. I now live in Wisconsin and this group helps with a connection and support. Feel free to share with us your experinces, hopes and knowledge.
