Sat Nam Everyone!

First let me say that this is my favorite message board. I know I

don't post much, but your thoughts and stories are inspirational.

I've been taking anti-anxiety medication (Celexa) for the last 4

years. After starting Kundalini Yoga a year ago, I've been noticing

the shifts throughout my body. A few weeks ago an overwhelming

desire to stop taking the Celexa came over me. Now this didn't

happen overnight. I've been noticing more and more that the

medication was actually supressing emotions that needed to be felt

and worked through. The unfortunate side effects of it is it can

cause "emotional constipation."

After talking to my doctor, he agreed to ween me off of it. I told

him I felt the KY was helping...Nice thing was he didn't poo poo it.

He said, "If it works for you, that's great."

I feel incredible! The energy I'm feeling now is amazing and I know

that I need KY more than ever now to keep it all balanced. Like I

said in a previous post: Microwave oven...

Last night, at yoga class, we worked on the solar plexus. I felt the

energy from there go deep inside and expand out. It's been a long

time since I've felt some peace in that area of my body.

Thanks for this message board and your posts; and please keep me in

your prayers. I know this the right path and "by keeping up I'll be

kept up."

Love and Blessings to you all!
