This is what I did: 1. What do I want to achieve with KY? (as Christa mentioned - goals) 2. Set a time... i.e. 30 days or more up to 1000 days 3. Ideally I do KY in the mornig, but if I can't. I do it at lunch, eve. 4.Don't be horrible to yourself if you can't make it happen. I believe it's better to do some than none. Reassess your goals, maybe you're doing stuff for the wrong reasons. I borrowed these books from my teacher - Numerology and Tantric Numerology both by Dr Guruchander Singh Khalsa, D.C. and they really helped me formulate my plan. Hope this helps.
