I know this is a vague question, but what exactly am I supposed to be

experiencing half-way through a 40-day sadhana? I can't really tell what is

the result of this practice, since I have been going through so many changes

and spiritual experiences lately anyway... also I have been doing other

practices so how can I isolate the effects of just one...

Again, thanks for listening!

Ranjit, as I read this I was just smiling to myself. I had similar

qustions a few months ago and just stopped trying to identify the

individual pieces. From my own experience, what a kriya/med is

supposed to do isn't the ONLY thing that it does. I was doing the

meditation at the end of a kidney set (using the kunchan mudra). And

what I had noticed after only a few days of doing the kriya, was that

I could distinctly feel a ball of energy at my heart center. Which

totally shocked me because the meditation and kriya was supposed to

work on the lower 3 chakras, not the heart! ANd up to this point, I

had not been able to feel that chakra even though I had been doing

heart opening kriyas and meds.

I'm sure others can give you ideas of things that the med will do,

but remember that it can (and probably is) doing more than just

what's been described. (Just my own experience)
