immune system kriya

Sat Nam All,

 

I'm looking for a kriya to make my immune system "less active". In Gururattan's

books there are several sets to strengthen the i.s. but I think those will

produce the opposite effect I'm looking for (or maybe not?). I have a skin

problem on my face (light psoriasis), since several months, that get worse when

I do my morning yoga. I've been on a natural treatment for several months with

no positive results and the naturopath says that's a stress related problem.

Please, advice.

Thanks for your reply. I've been on a lacto-vegetarian diet for about eight

years but occasionally I eat fish. My naturopath prescribed to me several

supplements: chlorophyll for blood purification, horse tail tea for kidneys,

antioxidants, a homeopathic remedy for the skin, B vitamins for nerves support

and St. John's wort plus kava for stress. He also advised to restrict certain

food like milk, tomatoes, bananas, and other acid forming food. I followed his

advise to the letter but....

What type of natural treatment have you been on? What is your diet like?

Sounds like your system is to acid.
