Guest guest
i have eczema since childhood, which as u may know, is equally annoying. i must say after practicing yoga for the past 2 years (4/week, a mix of different kinds, including k.) i have noticed i have greatly reduced the scratching and irritation. stay away from dry heaters, (use a humidifier) use cetaphil lotion
Guest guest
Hi Gilberto, I also got on the same diet as you, 3 years ago, and it really helped. But now, I am still trying to cope with a heavy psoriasis problem and cant get rid of it. Basic 2 causes of psoriasis are: -acid diet (which should be changed to a more alkaline one, like you are doing) -stress/fear/strong emotions, these creates high level of toxines in the blood (enough to kill an animal I heard!) which find their ways to be evacuated by the skin, once that the liver is overworking. You can find more on this topic in a book based on Edgar Cayce readings, http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0962884707/qid=1036693424/sr=8 -1/ref=sr_8_1/103-7120233-0519043?v=glance&s=books&n=507846 Now I am following the advices of a chinese medecine naturopat, drinking really heavy teas, but it seems like there is nothing to do. My naturopath cured many people before, but with me nothing changes So I have to deal with heavy psoriasis on the scalp, and it is really really hard to live with it. I think that the cause of my psoriasis are not physical but emotional. I do KY hoping that it can help to release emotional block, but I would like if anyone could give more advices about how KY can help us. many thanks & sat nam, m-c > Hello G, > > Thanks for your reply. Guest guest
Just to amplify your point. We can have the cleanest non acidic diet with carrot juice and all the proper nutrition but if the same old thoughts and feelings persist in your heart and mind they will create all kinds of toxic/acid situations. The Liver is a good place to work. It has been called the "sea of emotions" in the eastern healing sciences. As someone else also wrote, I would be really interested in the kriya for inner anger. I have ³transition to a heart centered world², ³KY, the flow of eternal power², but both 2 don¹t seem to have this kriya. I truly believe that my disease is caused by deep stored anger, but I have hard time trying to get all this stuff out of me. I still continue my Chinese medicine treatment, it helped so many people, and I will add to this some KY set that could help release this anger. Right now I am doing the spinal flex set + ra ma da sa meditation, 3 to 4 times/week. I would like to change it for the set for inner anger, let me know what else I could do that would help. ok, many thanks again for all this valuable information, sat nam! m-c

Guest guest
Hey "m-c" and all others, How long have you been doing Kundalini Yoga and does your Chinese medicine treatment include herbs. Also, how are your pulses? I will send you the set for inner anger but I want to encourage you to do Nabhi Kriya everyday for awhile. This is to establish a good foundation.....first. The capacity to simply be present and still must be cultivated. Take eleven days, minimum, and do Nabhi. It's in "Transitions.....". This is generic advice as I don't know you personally but I feel it is important to share this. Continue to Tune in with the Adi Mantra 3x or more until you feel calm, do some spinal work to loosen up, maybe some pranayam and then go into Nabhi Kriya. Our first identity is as a Soul. Not one of gender, race, job description, etc. Clear the way for that space. Without a strong navel you not be a happy camper if you try The "Inner Anger set". You will feel like you are not doing it correctly and you could stress out your lower back. You should do navel work every morning upon opening your eyes.....every morning. Check the wake up series in "Transitions........" I've done that every day for for 15 years before I brush my teeth and shower. Keep up, Dharam m-c wrote: > I truly believe that my disease is caused by deep stored anger, > but I have hard time trying to get all this stuff out of me. Guest guest
hello Dharam & others, > How long have you been doing Kundalini Yoga and does your Chinese medicine > treatment include herbs. Also, how are your pulses? I am doing KY since a bit more than a year and a half now. Not everyday, but 2 to 4 times/week, and I have been some months without doing anything during this time. I am not attending any classes for now, I got some at the start, but gived up because of the language that I can't speak here (german). Yes, my chinese medicine treatment include herbs (in fact it is herbs that I have to boil each day, and I wont talk here about the taste... but I keep doing it. I continue this month, but after that if there are no result I might have to give up. My naturopath says that my psoriasis is really not a common one, well, seems like I am always so different from everyone else... > I will send you the set for inner anger but I want to encourage you to do > Nabhi Kriya everyday for awhile. This is to establish a good > foundation.....first. thanks a lot. I don¹t know if I can do any of these 2 sets (nabhi kriya or inner anger set), I am really difficult choosing sets and they look quite difficult for me, and If I choose a set which is too difficult for me to do, then I might just give up, like I did so many times. That¹s why I stick to spinal flex set since a while now. But, I found in "meditation as medecine", a meditation to release the past, especially childhood anger. Maybe I could add it at the end of my spinal flex set, + the ra ma da sa meditation? I also found in old print out I have from ky.org, the anger set from relax and renew by gururattan. that¹s it, now I am all confused in choosing what to do next... that's often my problem... still, many thanks again, sat nam, m-c (m-c standing for marie-chantale

Guest guest
Dear m-c I will help you make up your mind. Keep with spinal series and add the anger set from relax and renew by gururattan when you have time. Maybe once a week. This set is not too difficult. Start with it. And yes add the meditation for childhood anger at the end of my spinal flex set, + the ra ma da sa meditation.at the end. SAt Nam, Gururattan Kaur
