Set to Balance Head and Heart

The past two days I've done the set to Balance Head and Heart

from "Transitions...". I have a question about times. The first set

says to do it for 6-7 minutes, the second one is 1-2 minutes and the

third one says 3-4 minutes. If we are just beginning to do this, can

we just do each one for 1 minute and build up the times to what's

listed. Or do the reduced times need to be in the same proportion

that the original times are for?

A side note, I had not done crow squats before and my thighs are not

liking them at all! Which is another reason I'm going to keep doing

them! ;)

It's like making cookies. Keep the same proportions.

(It's a killer set, hunh?)
