Guest guest
The past two days I've done the set to Balance Head and Heart from "Transitions...". I have a question about times. The first set says to do it for 6-7 minutes, the second one is 1-2 minutes and the third one says 3-4 minutes. If we are just beginning to do this, can we just do each one for 1 minute and build up the times to what's listed. Or do the reduced times need to be in the same proportion that the original times are for? A side note, I had not done crow squats before and my thighs are not liking them at all! Which is another reason I'm going to keep doing them! Christa
Guest guest
It's like making cookies. Keep the same proportions. (It's a killer set, hunh?)
