Greetings to all!

 

I'm writing again to seek help regarding a short term

problem...i have to give an exam & i am getting quite

nervous.I am not able to concentrate..is there any

mantra to calm me down...i've been trying Sat Nam and

it helped but not always...

I'm a little excitable (shh - it's a secret). But I find that the best

thing for my is Alternate Nostril Breathing, which I also call yoga-Valium.

Three minutes on each side usually makes a world of difference!
