Sat Nam Leo,

Well I believe you are right when you said that this is just the

beginning of the journey. There's a lot of work to do. Also, working the

navel center is very important. I think we get a lot of strength from this

area. What I have noticed is that once we become ill or disabled, we become

very vulnerable. Normally, if we are strong, people tend to leave us alone.

However, I don't know if it's human nature or what it is, but people tend to

pick on the weak. I don't know if this has happened to you but it has

definetely happened to me. I think working on the navel center helps to make

us strong and not be so prone to attacks. The inner anger kriya that Dharam

sent me is awesome. I tend to hold so much pain in my face and I can

definetely feel a release with the breathe. Also, I wanted to tell you that I

have been reading your posts for a long time. You are a very strong person

and you are doing really well, even on the days that you feel that you may

have a set back. We all have days like that. Keep up the good work.
