Guest guest
Sat Nam Guru Prem Kaur, Being from Kentucky (Bardstown), it makes me smile to see people are doing KY there. I've been diagnosed bi-polar and was on medication for 4 years. Just stopped taking it about a month ago and have been doing alternate nostril breathing and started a 40 day Ra Ma Da Sa meditation. I've never felt so comfortable with my emotions until now. You might want to take a look at www.kundaliniyoga.org. Gururattan has sets and meditations for depression there. Many blessings! ~Jeffrey Kundaliniyoga, <cskyrm@f...> wrote: > > Any suggestions for students that are bi-polar? Balancing the emotions plays a big part in bringing the two parts of us into alignment. You might > want to take a look at www.kundaliniyoga.org. By the way, this is a life long process. It is the exploration of the embodied soul. See next NMB which I hope will be done by the Full Moon.
