I have downloaded and read the first few but I'm still at a bit of a loss on how to begin. I am already learning meditation from an excellent teacher and am looking forward to doing KY regularly. I'm doing it to help with anxiety and panic I have been recently experiencing. I wonder, does anyone have any useful tips? Thanks in advance Aoife. Advise: Take it easy Work at your own pace Be gracious with yourself Some days KY will make you feel lousy, that's ok, sometimes my Dr. makes me feel lousy too on the way to healing me. It's a transient state. IT WILL CHANGE! ANd remember that we are here for you. There are alot of VERY knowledgable people who keep up with the posts and help keep us steered in the right direction.
