Guest guest
Sat Nam ya'll, Yesterday I woke up with a HUGE migraine headache that is somewhat better today. I haven't had one of these in a couple of years. So I thought, "Surely yoga can help!" So I sat myself down to tune in and my Adi Mantra went something like this: OngYeow! (the vibrating bones in my head!) Somehow I didn't think this was the way to get with the Golden Chain, eh? Not exactly a clear message to the Universe - or at least, not one I wish to put out there! So my question is this - what now? There's only so much I can do with KY if I can't tune in properly. I've been falling back on G-Jo, a form of accupressure. It helps, but it ain't no KY! Guest guest
Tune in silently. Practice inhaling left nostril, exhaling right nostril, as a regular practice. Works for a lot of people. Find the homeopathic remedy that suits your migraines. That works too.
Guest guest
Sipping lots of water (3-4 litres) all throughout the day helps migranes. It cools the body and the brain. BTW, brain is ~80% water. When the brain is dehydrated, all the nerves shrink, causing tension (headaches) and misfiring ( as some susceptible portions get overheated ) due to the friction caused. gayathri U2 on LAUNCH - Exclusive greatest hits videos http://launch./u2
