Guest guest
Dear Seva Simran Singh, Re combining Sat Nam Rasayan and KY. I have used the basic concepts of SNR in teaching KY since I started taking SNR classes and indeed before that. You may have noticed that in my KY TRaining lessons. Paying attention to the sensations in your body and allowing them without discussion is basic to healing and integrating the emotional body into our conscioussness. I cover this more in the NMB that I am writing on TAurus/Scorpio polarity. This is how we become a conscious soul instead of a robot. I am grateful for your email on dark night of the senses which further explains this. The point is that my students are trained in every class to be in touch what what they are feeling and allowing and being with whatever is going on. We also always connect with our inner space in every class so that the inner space and the sensations merge as one. This is the goal. It takes practice. I taught several classes where I introduced the idea that we can also participate in healing others when we practice these principles with a partner, ie the basic ideas of SNR Now I start the class with something that we want to accomplish during the class like gettting a deep connection with the energy at the solar plexus. Then we do the KY with this in our awareness. Then instead of a long deep relax we partner up and one person gets to relax while the other meditates in the consciousness of sacred space and with the initial intention of the class touching his/her partner. Then we switch. I lead each group through the process. The results are wonderful. Everyone feels totally rested and in deep meditation. Sometimes we do a short meditation before the healing. I allow about 20-30 minutes for this. My classes are 1 hour 45 minutes. I am writing all this up. Just haven't gotten it completed.
