Guest guest
Sat Nam, I was trying an astral projection meditation last night, the one where you start off rotating your thumbs and then doing Sa-Ta-Na-Ma like Kirtyan Kriya, then holding the arms (I don't know what manual it was from), and could really feel the energy going to the top of my head, but I was distracted by one leg going to sleep and hurting. Also, it was hard to focus on saying Waaaaaaaah during the inhale and Guruuuuuu during the exhale (in my head it sounded more like Waaaa and Guruuu, a bit shorter!). I was wondering if this is a really hard meditation, and if so if there are easier ones I could try for a first time out of body experience. Thanks, -Baba Singh
Guest guest
I was told that if you do long Ek Ong Kar's for 2 1/2 hours and then lay down, you will leave your body! Anyone done that? Do tell! I tried it last month, but only made it one and a half hours ~sigh~ I'm planning on trying it on the 26th again so I'll let you know how it goes. ~ranjit >"thomas" <brian >Kundaliniyoga ><Kundaliniyoga> > astral projection meditation >Wed, 13 Nov 2002 09:25:16 -0500 > >Sat Nam, > >I was trying an astral projection meditation last night, the one where you >start off rotating your thumbs and then doing Sa-Ta-Na-Ma like Kirtyan >Kriya, then holding the arms (I don't know what manual it was from), and >could really feel the energy going to the top of my head, but I was >distracted by one leg going to sleep and hurting. Guest guest
Sat Nam Ranjit, Two and one half hours is easier to do in a group. Chakras will open up, Aura will expand and your radiance will be glowing almost like a saint. I have done this a couple of times but without conscious out of the body experiences. After completion I guarantee you will have a great day. Try again and have a cup of yogi tea close at hand for when you get thirsty. Sincerely yours Hari Sant Singh Give up your sense of mine and yours and become the dust of the feet of all.
