Guest guest
Dear Leo I'm thinking if you drink coffee regularly (if that is allowed during KY?) and you suddenly stop, one gets the most awful migraines. I used to work in a macrobiotic cafe (unusual combination I know) and once introduced to macro cooking several of us stopped drinking our regular cups and boy did we suffer for a week... now when I get a migraine I always check coffee, no coffee and where am I at with my coffee. Probably totally useless info, but it may help. Sat Nam Mimi
