Sat Nam Siri Deva Singh!

I am so happy for you, and wish you much success. I will be interested in

hearing your results! For me and my students!

I have great news -- the owner of a local yoga studio has offered to donate

her space for my "Women in Recovery" yoga series! Regularly! YAY!

The next session will start in January which is very auspicious as it comes

during times of new beginnings and resolutions. I plan on having a series

every season now!

I am excited to have new tools from my Kundalini teacher training to offer

these women! YAY! This first series I will be teaching both Hatha &

Kundalini classes -- probably alternating each week. The second one in the

spring however will be entirely Kundalini and I will be working on putting

together a full program for it between now and then, some based on my

experiences from the first, some from research.

So all of your input, suggestions, and experiences are greatly appreciated!
