One of my students has an organ recital on Sunday and has asked me for yoga practices that will help him out, especially for nervousness. I am thinking, giving him left nostril breathing & Sitali for a calming, cooling pranayama practice. Also Sat Kriya for opening the second chakra for creativity? I know some other Hatha stuff for second chakra to give him, but he is specifically asking me for Kundalini stuff so can you help with some suggestions please? THANKS !!!
