Sat Nam!

One of my students has an organ recital on Sunday and has asked me

for yoga practices that will help him out, especially for

nervousness.

I am thinking, giving him left nostril breathing & Sitali for a

calming, cooling pranayama practice.

Also Sat Kriya for opening the second chakra for creativity?

I know some other Hatha stuff for second chakra to give him, but he

is specifically asking me for Kundalini stuff so can you help with

some suggestions please? THANKS !!!

Archer pose with BOF 3 - 11 minutes on both sides. Come into baby pose for 3

minutes to take the edge off and then do a bunch of frogs (I do 5

minutes because I was told to so). Lay out for 11 minutes and then do a

meditation for courage. Har Gobinde or some variation would be good.

Really project!

She/he will be focused, not at all in their "stuff". It establishes a strong

place/space of courage from which to then bring up what frogs bring

up.

Kind of running at the moment,

Dharam

P.S. I sometime throw Sat Kriya in just before the frogs.

Done properly it is one of the best things for the second chakra, invigorating

and channeling the energy there. For instance, it is considered a

must-do for both celibate people and people interested in their potency. It also

works to synchronise the endocrine system, which is highly

significant in women, in relation to the second chakra.
