I've not been around for a while since I moved from Paris back to the UK and life has been busy busy with *lots* of good changes and transformations happening. I'm starting the level 2 teacher's training program with Karta Singh of France next February. It's a 2 year course, taught over 6 intensive weeks, and I imagine the odd retreat and festival as well. Each year one week is in England, one in Germany and one in France. I'm very excited and can't wait to share the changes with you all. I had been worried after I moved back from the USA a few years ago that there wouldn't be much KY in England, but I'm slowly making connections within the community and more recently went up to London to do a 1 day Women's Retreat called 'Regally Graceful' with Guru Kaur, which was fantastic. A mixture of KY, meditation, dancing and discovering the more graceful side of being a woman! Love to you all!!!!!
