Guest guest
Sat Nam! Hopefully this post will just go through the ONCE! I took a friend to Kundalini class on Saturday and she says she felt light headed all day and is asking me about it. Can you shed some insight? We did 3 short kriyas for the Aura. She says: "Immediately after the class on saturday I felt relaxed and physically grounded although really light headed. This continued for 24 HOURS!!! I did not notice this happening during the class itself, but I am sure it has to do with "breath of fire." Such a long period of feeling like that--kind of disconcerting." What do you think? Thanks so much! Ranjit _______________ Add photos to your e-mail with MSN 8. Guest guest
First question to ask is this: was she a completely new student with no experience of breath of fire trying to do breath of fire for the first time? In that case there can be risk of hyperventilation or rick of unbalancing the relationship between the polarities of the body. If that is not the case she may just have been detoxing a little or having a "blood flush," more oxygen than she is used to. Guest guest
She was new to Kundalini yoga, yes. She also said she thought it was from BOF. What would you recommend as a followup practice for students this happens to? Thanks so much!
