Guest guest
Sat Nam ya'll, Well, I finally got my copy of "Transitions" and I have a question which I hope I phrase clearly. This book is chock full and there are ALOT of things that I want to try, both sets and meditations. My question I guess is this: is there any problem with skipping around from one day to the next? Actually I was thinking maybe coming up with a "treatment plan" for myself that would allow me to do different sets and meditations over the course of a week or so. Kind of a "from the ground up" approach. Does this make any sense? I always hear about doing 11days of this and 40 days of that and I'm unsure about the appropriate way to go about this. Yes, you have a lifetime supply of sets and meditations. :+) My question I guess is this: is there any problem with skipping around from one day to the next? No. This is often a good way to begin to test out what you want to work on. Kind of a "from the ground up" approach. THis sounds like a good idea. Get a plan together and then do that sequence for 42 days or 6 weeks. A program for each day of the week sounds good. Each day has its own energy. Then you have the variety and the 40 day commitment both. Sat nam, Gururattan Kaur
