Guest guest
Hey Leo, Celery is cooling for your liver and so it is recommended if one is very argumentative. I remember many years ago being in a situation (a lady issue) where I could have very easily gone off the deep end. Instead, I juiced up the whole bunch of celery and by the next morning you might thought I had been medicated with morphine or something as powerful. I was in the bliss. Nice stuff. I suggest doing it with some carrot or apple juice for some flavor, otherwise it can be bland (my opinion). Your body is telling you something pretty significant....OBEY! I mean, get up at 2 am to eat 3 stalks of the stuff! My friend said "wow, you really are in the Yoga Zone aren't you?" "Huh?", sez I. "Oh yeah!", Sez she. "Every Kundalini practioner I know is crazy for celery juice!" (she used to worrk the juice bar at Whole Foods) > SO what the deal ya'll? Is she right? Does celery have something in there important to us, or is this just a passing craving I should continue to not give any weight to? > > Sat Nam, Leo
