Guest guest
Check the website for the Ashram in San Francisco. www.idoyoga.com. There is an instructor named Awtar Kaur who teaches prenatal yoga classes. I am sure she can answer any questions you may have. Her email is awtar. Good Luck! Guest guest
Prenatal- Basically do nothing that puts pressure on the navel. No body drops. No Rootlock, no Breath of Fire no pumping the belly. Long Deep Breathing and segmented breathing are good. Squating is very good as it prepares the body for birth. Use plenty of cushions and support. No spinal twists in hatha yoga. 'Giving the Gift of Life' Vol 1 by Tarn Taran Kaur at www.a-healing.com is a great resource with lots of sets and yogic info on pregnancy.
