Guest guest
Sat Nam all! Does anyone know....? Which manual has all the 9-minute kriyas in them? Can anyone tell me more about them? Which manual can I find the Kriya for Becoming like Angels? (Or better yet, anyone have that in electronic form and can send it to me?!) This Angel Kriya has an excercise in it where you are beating on the ground and chanting HAR! I love beating on the ground and chanting HAR! It is one of my favorite things to do. There is another one I know, Kriya for Lungs & Circulation, where you do this, too. Anyone know of other kriyas besides these two where you get to beat on the ground and chant HAR!??? Why do I love doing that so much? Thanks in advance for your answers!!! Guest guest
Dear Ranjit: The manual called "Self-Knowledge" has "Becoming like Angels" AND all the 9-minute max meditations (what a deal They (there are 8) are excellent - and all quite challenging! They all have 3 3-minute parts and should be followed by 2 minutes of relaxation, so really they are 11 minutes. I've run across 1-2 other kriyas where we beat on the ground, but don't remember off-hand which ones they are - I'll keep a look out. I too, enjoy those, but will not hazard a guess as to why we enjoy them so, except to quote from the kriya: "baboons instinctively know the secret of this motion and do it often to build inner strength". Baboon blessings to all, Sadhant
Guest guest
Sat Nam Sadhant Singh! Thanks so much for knowing this. Please do keep me posted on ground-beating-HAR kriyas and I will do the same! For the Lungs/Circulation kriya I think I remember it saying this helps you break through fear... I'll double check and repost! So baboons are natural yogis, eh? Maybe that's a clue to why I love this so much, I was born in the Year of the Monkey, heh heh Har! Guest guest
Hey Ranjit, I found another one. This one is called "The Brain Doctor". It's in the book called "The Inner Workout Manual". You get to pound the floor and chant "Har Har Har Hari". I think I am going to try it. This book has "Warriors Tension Release" in it also.
