Guest guest
Maybe you'all already know this-- Ibuprofen is an ingredient in many head-ache (and other) drugs. It is very dangerous to kidneys. Even the drug company's own literature admits to that. Even one dose can cause kidney failure (unusual but possible.) That warning from their own literature. Please check your medicine cabinet - it is in many pills. Kartar Kaur -
Guest guest
My understanding of it was the kidneys temporarily shut down dependent upon the dose. Years ago (like about 10-12) it was available only by prescription in 100 - 600 mg tablets. Taking more than a single dose at the highest level would shut the kidneys down for a few hours. Please don't quote me on this. But that's what I remember being told by a pharmacist at that time. Christa
