A few weeks back Seva Simran had posted a posture where you sit in easy pose, arms straight up at a 60 degree angle, palms open and facing up. Well I just found this in "Transitions" last week (at least it looks and sounds exactly the same). Its called the Heart Strengthening Exercise. I REALLY like this one. If you haven't tried it, you really should. After the first time I did it, I felt so different. Its hard to describe, because it was subtle, yet very noticable. I felt light, new and completely calm and at peace. It was refreshing and relaxing at the same time. There was a stillness for several minutes afterwards that was wonderful. I'm not doing it justice at all by what I'm writing. But if you have the chance, I would definately recommend trying this. I felt a difference after doing it just one time.
