Hi Agali,

I have read that stinging nettle is good for just about everything, but I

didn't know about allegies, so I looked it up in an Herbal book that I have.

According to Gail Edwards, nettles offer significant releif from hay

fever. She says" I have seen allergic reactions completely releived after a

few days of eating cooked nettle greens, and/or drinking the dried plant

infusion."

This comes from her book 'Opening Our Wild Hearts to the Healing Herbs".

She also has a website if you're interested. I find her info is very good.

Good Luck,

Last Thursday I had a pretty major sinusitis attack which I believe was

brought on by some scented hair oil. I racked my brain for quite a

while with what routine I should do to give myself relief. I finally decided to

and was just about to do the Inner Anger kriya. I had tuned and

had just laid down to begin the first posture. But I didn't begin, I just laid

there and simply allowed myself to continue laying there and be;

to be tired and to see in my tiredness that I had been creating a big fuss. As I

saw this very clearly all the symptoms began leaving and the rest

of the day went very well. I was trying to avoid some feeling, and that was

creating the stuffiness and irritability.

Waiting to Exhale,

Dharam
