There are quite a few of us from Master's Touch (as well as our respective personal sanghas) who will be doing 2 1/2 hours of Long Ek Ong Kars tomorrow -- Tuesday, November 26 -- for the 4th frequency (month) of the year that began with Yogi Bhajan's birthday on August 26. So if you desire, join us in this practice as your morning sadhana. Also please try to coordinate times with us, so we can be chanting simultaneously to connect with each other's energy. West Coast: 3am-5:30am Pacific Time Mountain Time: 4am-6:30am Central Time: 5am-7:30am Eastern Time: 6am-8:30am (lucky!)
